We purchase our meat from our own farm, Curracloe farm and Flynn's all situated on the South-East coast of Ireland, Seafood products are produced by the marine biologist Steven Kavanagh also on the East Coast. Our Ducks and Geese we get from the West Coast of Ireland from Eugene & Helene Hickey and our salt also from the wild west coast from Michael and Aileen O´Neill, all our partners and producers are family run businesses.
